Who we are

Sandbox Interactive is the ambitious game development studio behind the award-winning game Albion Online. We started as a small independent group of experienced gaming professionals in 2012, and now employ an international team of more than 100 people. Our team is passionate about making Albion Online the best game it can be, and we’re constantly on the lookout for talented individuals to join our growing team in the heart of Berlin.

Your Game

• Research and prepare presentations on a wide variety of topics in the games sphere
• Prepare decision documents for important product and business topics
• Independently execute ad-hoc tasks and smaller projects
• Improve document and process management
• Support the leadership and the operational units in their daily business activities
• Contribute across the business and provide structure and organization wherever possible
• Assist in managing and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, with a focus on privacy-related topics

Your Talent

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a strong attention to detail
• Experience in creating professional presentations and documentation
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German & English 
• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management within a creative industry, ideally gaming or entertainment
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends and an understanding of game production workflows
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate between diverse stakeholders
• Experience in supporting senior leadership or managing smaller projects
• Basic knowledge of process improvement techniques or methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Additional language skills relevant to the gaming market are a plus
